Transparency is hard to practice, especially in a highly critical, Aid-jaded society, but it’s so important. This is one of the reasons why. The lack of transparency stops us from seeing clearly where the resources are, and what we need to get them where they need to go. It is never simple, and the answers are always multifaceted, but the information, no matter how ugly, is the necessary foundation for building towards solutions.
